BEFORE YOU BEGIN
- A Zoho Projects account and access to the project
- A clear assignment with an owner and due condition
Steps
- Open the assigned Zoho Projects task.
- Confirm the owner, expected outcome, due condition and evidence requirement.
- Perform the real-world work.
- Submit the appropriate evidence in Zoho.
- Wait for independent verification when required.
WHAT NOT TO DO
- Do not mark work complete without the required evidence.
- Do not submit evidence anywhere other than the authoritative system.
- Do not convert an assumption into a verified outcome.
PASS EVIDENCE
The task shows submitted evidence attached and a status advanced to await verification.
IF IT FAILS
If you cannot submit evidence, record the blocker on the task and notify your verifier — do not delete the task.
NEXT STEP
Await verification, or open the next assigned task.
