BEFORE YOU BEGIN
- Authenticated access to the Zoho project
- Familiarity with the evidence standard
Steps
- Review the evidence standard for the assignment.
- Open the authenticated project and the item's submitted evidence.
- Assess whether the evidence proves real-world completion.
- Accept, reject, or return the item for correction.
- Escalate blockers without converting assumptions into facts.
WHAT NOT TO DO
- Do not accept activity as completion.
- Do not build a second evidence database on the website.
- Do not approve without the evidence the standard requires.
PASS EVIDENCE
Each reviewed item carries a recorded verifier decision and reason in the authoritative system.
IF IT FAILS
If evidence is insufficient, return the item with a specific correction request rather than rejecting silently.
